I still very much suck at logging my workouts on Spark People. However, I have been doing pretty good workout wise. I started walking and I love it. I walk a out 2 miles when I don get out to walk. On top of the walking, I still dance and now I've added all of these fantastic new iPhone apps to the mix. I have apps that take my heart rate (one of them even tells me where my heart rate needs to be to burn fat), I have workout apps, and fitness tracker apps. I tried to re-download my Spark People app (which used to be free) but they wanted me to pay for it and I guess I'm just not willing when I have free apps like fitness pal and lose it. In any event, I just wanted to check in and tell everyone how I'm doing. I feel so much stronger nowadays and happier. I also had to ditch my scale, I now only weigh myself once a month and do body measurements bi-weekly. I pray that when I do weigh myself that I have a scale victory because I truly have been trying my hardest. Hope all is well with everyone on their journeys! Until next time!
