I'm going swimming tonight! I count this as cardio and strength training because my muscles are always sore after and I work pretty hard. So, this rounds out my cardio and ST goals for the week. I DID IT :)

Today I'm making German-style coleslaw with tarragon vinegar and red cabbage, serving it with the smoked pork chops that we got yesterday and baked sweet potatoes.
