I met my goal!

As of Wednesday I am at my goal weight for Biggest Loser Challenge 22!! emoticon emoticon I am going to continue to focus on CONSISTENCY and let the weight loss take care of itself.

This week so far has been a couple of days of rest. On Wednesday I only got in a 20 minute bike ride and Thursday I spent most of the day in bed. I had a great run today so things are looking up for the rest of this BLC week.

Today is our 10th wedding anniversary. It has been a great 10 years -- 4 kids, 7 moves, 7 jobs and lots of memories!

Daily Goals Review
1) Daily Quiet time first thing in the morning ----- 61 Day Streak
2) 8+ cups of water ------------------------------ 54 day streak
3) 5+ freggies -----------------------------5
5 day streak
4) Exercise at least 10 minutes everyday ------- 61 days
5) NO wheat and sugar ---------------------------- 31 days
6) Limit Internet movies and TV, story books --- 61 days
7) Log food - The good the bad and the ugly ----- 16 days

Week 8 Exercise Plan
Wednesday------ Bike 20 min
Thursday---------- Strength Training TNT
Friday-------------- Run 35 min
Saturday----------Bike 20 miles - time?
Sunday------------ X Stretch
Monday------------ Bike 45 minutes
Tuesday----------- Strength Training- Crossfit
Wednesday------ Run 45
