I met my goal!

Friday, July 26, 2013

As of Wednesday I am at my goal weight for Biggest Loser Challenge 22!! emoticon emoticon I am going to continue to focus on CONSISTENCY and let the weight loss take care of itself.

This week so far has been a couple of days of rest. On Wednesday I only got in a 20 minute bike ride and Thursday I spent most of the day in bed. I had a great run today so things are looking up for the rest of this BLC week.

Today is our 10th wedding anniversary. It has been a great 10 years -- 4 kids, 7 moves, 7 jobs and lots of memories!

emoticon I am sooo proud of you!! What a great example of sticking to it and keeping your motivation out in front of you. You kept your goals specific, tracked your streaking, and asked for help when you needed it !!

emoticon on reaching your goal and on 10 happy years with your Husband. Wishing you many more years of happiness ahead
