Day #3 of the Get Running App!

It was raining lightly, but that didn't stop me although it almost did.
Instead of being horrible though, I think being out there in the rain is even more awesome than when it's sunny. It was so refreshing and I couldn't tell how much I was sweating. It also couldn't hurt that it's somewhere in the 60s or 70s temperature-wise.
I don't think it was solely the rain though that made me feel like I was improving. I think my body is starting to get used to it. It's still hard to run the whole minute continuously, but at the same time it felt a bit easier as I felt less winded and like I was pushing myself to do something my body doesn't want to do.
I did finish with a personal record time wise, not by much but enough to be an improvement.
I also finished feeling less exhausted. I didn't have to sit doing nothing for awhile just to recover, I only had to do that for maybe 30 seconds-a minute instead of 3 minutes or more haha.
I'm still a little wet from the rain, I haven't showered yet (I like to shower when I'm more recovered so I can take a better shower and get myself extra clean easier for some reason).
The only real problem with the rain is that my glasses get sprinkled on and it can be difficult to see. Otherwise doing this in the rain is my new favorite thing!
