If you've read my blogs before, you know I've been suffering from a host of stupid physical ailments that annoy me more than anything. They're not serious - and they could certainly be worse - but they are painful and irritating and standing in the way between me and my end goals.
Today I had another chiropractic appointment (I go three times a week - it truly does help, and I'd be in better shape if I hadn't inflamed my sciatica last week). The doctor suggested I limit or eliminate dairy and carbs to help speed up healing. I am supposed to focus on meat, fruits, and vegetables. He thinks it could be something internal that's slowing down my healing process.
I've been reading about healing inflammation through foods, and this is pretty sound. I have some grocery shopping to do tomorrow, so I'll be going to the store in town that has the best produce and doing some serious shopping!
