Weekend to do list

To do: Catch up on some Vitamin D emoticon
1. Weed the garden ('s pretty bad....)
2. Put down lava rock (I'm tired of buying mulch every year)
3. Cut down dead limbs from tree (huge tree in my front yard)
4. Trim the tree in the backyard (it's towering over my deck and the garage roof)
5. Pick veggies and fruits (lots of cucumbers)
6. Trim the plants, flowers and bushes (they are all out of control)
7. Wash the car inside and out (poor thing is just covered in sap from our tree)

1. Drink alcohol in moderation (no dd's this weekend)
2. No more than 5 cigarettes per day
3. Stay within my nutrition goals
4. Go for a walk (at least 30 min a day) and take the dog emoticon
5. Exercise (at least 20 min a day)
6. Drink LOTS of water (cut back on the pop)
