I eat dessert for breakfast every morning.

You're probably thinking cake or ice cream? Today actually looks like the ingredients to a good bar recipe though.

I normally stick some frozen mixed berries in a bowl and top it with vanilla yogurt. It does taste like a good ice cream flavor. This morning I decided I wanted something different, so I mixed up a "peach cobbler". I have a nectarine (still tastes like a peach, just not as fuzzy), diced, some of my vanilla yogurt, a little cinnamon and some toasted oats. Yum!

It's really hard to not want breakfast when it always tastes so good! I know it's probably a little high in sugar, since it's flavored yogurt, but if that's all the added sugar I really have in a day, it's not that bad.

When I use the different in season fruits, that mixes up my breakfast too. I still love my morning yogurt on top of all of them, but I'm getting different good nutrients in the different colored fruits. Tomorrow I may do kiwis in my yogurt.

I look forward to my "dessert" every morning. It starts me out healthy and I love the taste. Who knew breakfast could be the favorite meal of the day?

    Yougert with fruit is very yummy, sometimes I add a bit of granola on top of the fruit and yougert--just a change up once in awhile; or any time of the day.
Coffee milkshake, don't know about that so much--each to what they like I guess.

    I mix in some dry cereal like Total in my yogurt and fruit. That guarantees I get most the vitamins I need each day.

    I have learned to love breakfast. I usually eat baked oatmeal with peaches and blueberries topped with vanilla yogurt. I also like to change up the fruits if the season like apples & dried cherries or craisins in the fall. I also love the breakfast parfait s with yogurt, berries and a little oatmeal or granola.

    I eat "dessert" for breakfast, too! I have a chocolate milkshake. It is one cup of nonfat milk mixed with a scoop of chocolate protein powder, 3T of Splenda, and a cup of frozen mixed veggies and fruit. Blender mix to the consistency I like and enjoyed very much.
I also consider cottage cheese and fruit a good "dessert" breakfast.
Just because I am watching what I eat does not mean I have to "suffer"!

    Breakfast is my absolute favorite meal of the day....but I ususally go for scrambled egg, asparagus, mushrooms, and a bit of cream cheese, maybe some low fat ham...yummy so delicious....and it gives me the protein and energy I need to make it through...

    Love it! I am enjoying blueberries an blackberries on my cereal - and yes, I consider fruit my dessert also!

    I love yogurt and if you're needing protein try it with Nutella mixed in, or, with raisins and walnuts. Yummy! emoticon

    My morning "dessert" is a thick fruit smoothie, which looks rather like a funny colored milkshake... (I usually put in a cup of leafy greens, which you can't even taste with the fruit, flax seed, protein powder).
