Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge Week 1

I started the Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge on Wednesday and part of the challenge is to keep track of your sugar habits (when you crave them, etc). I've been keeping track, but the strange thing is, I haven't been craving sweets since I started the challenge. I did have one last night because we went to our local county fair. Who doesn't want something sweet there? emoticon I don't know if joining the challenge was enough to make me accountable or what is going on. I still have the weekend to go though, so maybe I will have some cravings then.

Speaking of the weekend. We are going to a chicken fry at my friends house tonight and that's all that I have planned so far. Even though I will be indulging in fried chicken tonight, I still plan to keep myself in check. I will stop when I feel full, savor each bite and make sure to still each the veggies and fruit that will be there as well.
