Pound # 18

I've started thinking of each pound individually, as I lose it, and celebrating its departure! Pound number 18 is taking forever to take a hike!!! Haha I've been working on it all week, and it's going, but ever-so-slowly.
Muscle weighs more than fat though. I have been weight training so I'm sure I've built a little new muscle. You don't get to up the weights on your workout without it, right? That's still so exciting. I did an elbow plank for 30 seconds the other day, that's a big deal. SO hard! I did the circuit-training vid 4 days in a row, so today is a rest day. I think I need one.
I've got piles of green beans to eat up, thanks to the CSA. I tried oven-roasted green beans last night, and wowee! They're so yummy! If you have green beans to eat up, try that. Sparkrecipes is a great resource, I love looking up a single ingredient and getting all kinds of new ideas to try. I ate the beans like french fries, and it was awesome because they're just veggies and you can eat a ton of them and not ruin your eating day!
