Weighed myself this morning and I'm back down to be on track for my monthly goal! I have a website I use called Weight Commander where you can set 30 day goals and it gives you an estimate on what your weight should be about at each day to be reaching that goal and graphs your progress. Within a few days or so if I do well I should be at least back to my last weigh in on here and feel even better about being back on track. It's game on now! Feels good. Now to go have a good healthy breakfast!
