Week 1 sleep challange

I slept better yesterday. Today I should be able to get more than 7 hours of sleep today as I go to work later than usual. My goal is to eat better so I can sleep better and maybe be less tired.

    Great Job! Working night shift makes sleeping that much harder & your'e right in that what we eat can affect our sleep also. I don't know if you are also working 12 hour shifts or not, but by the time, I commuted to & from work, did a couple things around the house, there never seemed to be 8 hours of time left for sleep.

    Keep up the great work! & Get some really good sleep. emoticon
