Ugh! I just had one of those nights where I was in a snacking mood. I ate first, calculated after and guess what? With very little effort, I ate 1000 calories over my daily high calorie limit. I didn't think I was eating that much. (Didn't think being the two telling words!)
What Have I learned from this? Track what I eat before I eat it, especially when I have the munchies. Better yet, if I am not really hungry, drink a glass of water and find something else to do.
Oh well! Today is a new day to make better choices.
