I have been very busy the past few days but still sticking to my plans.I've been eating healthy and working out a ton. I'm hoping for good results when I weigh in Monday.I'm actually working a hour night shift right now. I'll be done at 7am then I'll be coming back in at 7pm. Ugh. My workout plan for tomorrow is 30 minutes abs/back. 30 minutes walking on treadmill at 15% incline. Saturday is my rest day. I'll be taking a leisurely walk and that's it. Ok back to work!
