I should wait until I weigh in tomorrow, but I'm getting some things in play and I want to share while I'm thinking about it. First off, I got a new battery in my pedometer and started wearing it again this week. I logged just under 6,000 steps yesterday, and almost 8,000 today. It's not 10,000, but it gives me an idea where I am so I can better figure out what I need to do to get where I need to be.
I am also doing better on drinking more water, more consistently. I drink water every day, but I've been getting inconsistent during the time of my slide. I'm back up to 8-12 glasses a day.
I've also been using my scales more consistently in the kitchen, and making a conscious effort to include more fresh fruits and veggies in my diet. I've also been trying to incorporate some SP recipes in my menus, and pay closer attention to my cooking methods to be sure I'm cooking as healthy as I can. I've been getting good reviews from my (very picky) husband.
Okay. . .so that's my progress report. I'll do due diligence tomorrow after my weigh-in. . .good, bad, or ugly!
