I am now 252.2! I was really surprised when I weighed myself and I was 252 because it was really unexpected but really nice. I'm hoping I can get to the 240's by the end of the month or at the latest the first week of August.
I've been eating breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 2 snacks and I'm coming way under my calorie goals for the day. According to Spark People I should be eating 2,060-2,410 calories per day and I am coming in at 1,100 calories.
Today's workout was really good. I did treadmill for 20 minutes at 3.5 incline and 3.5 speed and got to a little over a mile. I did stationary bike for 10 minutes on level 7 doing 100+ rpm and got to 2.7 miles. After I did my cardio I did some weights doing 30-50 pounds for 30 reps at each weight machine I went to.
