Day 32 of the Spark Solution
Breakfast: Quick & Easy Granola w/banana
Lunch: strawberry lemon smoothie…got busy and just flat out forgot to eat
Dinner: Grilled Chicken with Fruity Salsa…new recipe…loved it...with brown rice and broccoli
Snack: Kelloggs Corn Pops
Exercise: Ran 4 miles this morning, then got lazy
