Just a quicky.

Thursday, July 25, 2013

It was raining but I still went for an hour long walk! I'm cold, wet, and tired, but proud of myself. :) I have an extended work day ahead of me tomorrow but I plan on getting up early to run anyway. This is going great so far! Just got to keep going.

I impulse bought a fitbit tonight. There was a purple one for $80 on Amazon! That's a $20 savings from the list price. I'm definitely excited, I hope it lives up to my hopes for it. I think it will get me moving around at work more when I'm not doing anything in particular... :) I have a pretty active job already, but when it's slow I don't really do much of anything... I think the sleep tracking portion of it will be cool to have as well. Hopefully it will arrive before the move! We have this place until the 15th even though we're moving on the 1st so even if it doesn't I can still come and pick it up... but sooner is better than later anyway!

Good luck with the fitbit. I love mine! It really does keep me motivated to get in more than 10,000 steps a day. I hope it motivates you even more!

A purple fitbit - you'll be stylin now!

Congrats on getting out there in the rain - many would have turned around and plunked on the couch!
