Assignment #12 of the Summer 5% Challenge
Today is the day to start on your path to fitness and weight loss. It helps to set goals YOU NEED to accomplish for a successful day. If you do not already have a list/routine please use this one or make up your own.
Because I follow a different plan I will modify my "Win Today Checklist."
It's a great way to hold yourself accountable!
