Some days I long for my teen years when I could sleep away many hours! I dont know how I did it then when I barely get any sleep now, nor do I know exactly when I started sleeping less and less.

Good advice. This is one of the habits I'm focusing on this month and for the next few months to come. I'm starting small - for July my goal was just to get 6 hours of sleep a night. 1637 days ago
