    Some days I long for my teen years when I could sleep away many hours! I dont know how I did it then when I barely get any sleep now, nor do I know exactly when I started sleeping less and less.

I a m trying to train myself these days but I am not having much success at this

    Thanks for such an informative blog Ima. I know that since I got my CPAP machine & followed it up with a set bedtime, my whole life is better. I am losing weight again and feeling better than ever. Thanks! emoticon

    Good advice. This is one of the habits I'm focusing on this month and for the next few months to come. I'm starting small - for July my goal was just to get 6 hours of sleep a night.
