I went to the grocery store tonight and stocked up on produce. The easy access will greatly impact my intake for sure. I will spend some time tomorrow getting it all cleaned, portioned and ready to eat. My plan - grapes in the morning with yogourt for breakfast. Banana as morning snack. Cucumber, baby tomatoes, and broccoli with lunch. Carrots and bell peppers with supper. That will get me to 8, if I snack in the day it will be on vegetables for sure.
Getting myself up and out the door to the grocery store took me all day. I planned to go right after lunch, but I kept dragging my feet and it was 7:30 by the time I went. Hopefully eating more freggies will improve my mood, even just shopping for them cheered me up a bit. Also, I have NO appetite currently. Something is up, and I will need to make sure I do some writing to work out what's going on.
