Is there something you eat often that you have learned to cut the calories on? What works best for you? Do you have something you can share with us?
Yes. however I don't really see it as cutting calories. Instead I try to make my calories count. I will still eat a whole avocado and skip salad dressing. I try to eat good fats and avoid the free fats as a whole. I find when I do this, I stay full longer. So I'm in a habit of not cooking with fats and just eating them whole in the forms of nuts, fruit (avocado) and seeds (hemp or chia). So I still count those and try to stay in my fat range and and calorie range.
