13: Whole 30 Journey

Thursday, July 25, 2013

emoticon 266.4 [ emoticon 12 ] [19.6 pounds since injury]

Got up at 6, worked 7 to 12 today. Today was the first half of inventory, tomorrow is the second half. At one point today I was so ready to walk out at work. It started out fine as I was organizing stuff but then the manager asked me to find sku numbers for floral stems. I was ready to pull my hair out because most of the stems were clearance ones so they were one of a kind in the store. I seriously just wanted to cry! emoticon

Still on the whole 30 train, chugging along. Other than the work stress I felt pretty good today. I didn't feel tired at all at work which was great! I did take a nap this afternoon though for lack of something better to do. Tomorrow I don't start until 8 but I have to work until 12:30. It's so different leaving for work later in the morning, not liking driving in more traffic as it takes more time to get to work. I will definitely breathe a sigh of relief when my shift tomorrow is over!

The managers bought Jimmy Johns for us today at work. I wasn't even tempted to eat one of the subs even though I used to freakin love Jimmy Johns. I did grab a little sub for hubby to eat and a bag of chips. I'm such a thoughtful wife. lol.

You're doing so well but sometimes we all just need a good cry! I hate to say it but maybe if you let it out you will feel better! Holding it all in will just make you feel worse.
