Same old thing

The thing about my blogs is that very little happens. I sleep badly and my energy levels are low in the morning. I look after my husband. My daughter brings the children over. That's it. Yesterday I had a minor victory when I threw out two bags of chips that the girls had left. I went to the fridge for chocolate and ate some cold ham instead, so it didn't turn into a binge. I track my food and I love reading other people's blogs about their experiences. I am working out some concrete goals, the next one is to get to 10lb loss.
I just want to be normal weight. I want people to sit next to me on the bus. Now they don't because I take up too much room. I often think I take up too much room!

    I'm working to get to a 10lb loss too - it makes the bigger goal seem smaller!! I would take eating cold ham rather than chocolate as a victory - each small step adds up!!

    Sometimes life life just seem to go on in the same way and nothing happens. We still want to hear, though. A blog can become a useful reminder over time. Start with 10lbs, as you suggest. Ask for any help or encouragement that you need. We will all help.
