Today's run just felt so good. Don't know what was different. I haven't had any where I felt bad, just some where I was glad to get to the walking interval each time, but never unhappy to reach the run interval. But today I just listened to my body. It wanted to run. I didn't take any walk intervals for over 30 minutes. Once, well after I was warmed up, I cranked the treadmill down from 6.7 mph to 6.0 and didn't like it. I wanted to run faster! So I did. Feeling great! Wanting to capture this feeling; wish I could hold onto it forever and ever. Last evening when I did my low impact aerobic workout I felt really good, too. Hoping this energy surge lasts!!
