I'm reading a emoticon book called Born To Run and I have a feeling I'm about to be inspired to give it a go! My current new craze is emoticon but my cardio is walk/jogging emoticon and I'm looking forward to 2 5ks in Sept. , the 1st runs in 2 years! emoticon
