There is something about planning for me that helps.
The feeling of being in control that I get from planning is very self motivating. It's like if I write it down I can make it happen - without having to stress about it. I also know that planning is the key for my success. If I have a plan - and I follow it - I can be successful. So step one the plan- make a weekly plan each week.
Not much left to plan for this week but here it is anyway.
Just hang in there today. I have a day full of meetings that will go through till 8pm tonight.
*Get in afternoon walk
Stuck at a conference all day
*avoid temptation (no cookies!!!)
*get run in
*clean/ organize bedroom
*complete 1 module of the new fall course
*relax& reward a beginning by going to hang out at a lake
*prep food and gym bag for next week
