DH and I have done quite well getting the sugar out. He has done better than I and has lost 30 pounds. I've gotten down 17 since the new year but am needing to lose an other 10. I've joined the sugar challenge here and am starting at a good point. This is the time of year that I eat more fruit and pies! Yipes.
So I need to write down why I am doing this.
Get off statins
I also need to be sure I get a handle on the sugar before Fall approaches and follow through during the end of the year whick is my downfall.
Replacement food for sugar this week will be blueberries instead mof chocolate because I have 7 lbs of them in my refrigerator. I'm going to put an "eat me" sign on them..
