Today was Day 4 of Focus T25 - honestly a little surprised I've made it this far - today sucked! it sucked big time!! Today was AB Intervals and it was horrible - I've never felt more out of shape then I did this morning.
Usually there are modified moves you can do but in this case they are few and far between - I carry the majority of my weight in the middle which makes bending, twisting etc. very hard - that was 90% of the exercises!!
I would like to think that by the end of the 10 weeks I could pull these exercises off but I really don't know. I still got a good sweat - instead of just sitting there when I couldn't do something I subbed something else in (vertical mountain climbers, squats etc.)
Tomorrow is a double up day - Lower Body Focus & Cardio - not sure yet if I'll do both at one time or one in the morning and the other in the evening or even move the second one to Saturday (Shaun T finds all these options acceptable) Cardio I really enjoy - this will be my first day with Lower Body Focus - hopefully it goes better :)
