Day 4 - Focus T25

Today was Day 4 of Focus T25 - honestly a little surprised I've made it this far - today sucked! it sucked big time!! Today was AB Intervals and it was horrible - I've never felt more out of shape then I did this morning.

Usually there are modified moves you can do but in this case they are few and far between - I carry the majority of my weight in the middle which makes bending, twisting etc. very hard - that was 90% of the exercises!!

I would like to think that by the end of the 10 weeks I could pull these exercises off but I really don't know. I still got a good sweat - instead of just sitting there when I couldn't do something I subbed something else in (vertical mountain climbers, squats etc.)

Tomorrow is a double up day - Lower Body Focus & Cardio - not sure yet if I'll do both at one time or one in the morning and the other in the evening or even move the second one to Saturday (Shaun T finds all these options acceptable) Cardio I really enjoy - this will be my first day with Lower Body Focus - hopefully it goes better :)

    I started T25 on the same day as you! We're in it together! Can't wait to see the results! I will be doing Ab intervals tonight!

  great job sticking to it. with time and practice you will improve. enjoy and be happy that you are doing it and pushing yourself. your body will be proof of your hard work =)

    The most important thing is that you pressed play! Some moves will be more difficult and I agree that even Tania's modification on some moves can be difficult. But do your best, and forget the rest as Tony Horton would say! emoticon

This phase is all about foundation so your building everything. Tell me some of the moves that you find the most difficult and I'll see what modifications can be done!

For the double days, yes, all your options are acceptable. The only non acceptable is not doing anything! emoticon I will say with Lower Focus, it really focuses on your legs and you will definitely feel the burn! That's a good thing but that doesn't make it any easier! When I did Cardio after Lower Focus, my legs were shaking and I couldn't do all the moves in Cardio. So with that in mind, you may not want to do them back to back. But it's totally up to you! :D

You're doing so great! Don't give up! We will get through this program together!
