Just a quick blog today. After being off tracks .my sugar went up. After getting back to things they are going back down, but I am still waking up to numbers like 176, 157, 166. But my doctor told me I was smart and I knew when and how to adjust my meds. As much as I hate too I know I am going to have to go up on my Lantus at night, but it is my fault. So tonight I will go up and when I get two weeks of good numbers 90 to 110 I will try to go back down. I am also adjusting getting back into the gym. I went the last 2 days and I am sore I am skipping today, I have allot of house cleaning and will go tomorrow. One day at a time, one step at a time.

    Good for you getting back on track. Some numbers just can't be ignored.
I always thought housecleaning should count as "cross training." It actually burns a lot of calories even with our modern labor saving devices.

    You are listening to your body and helping it work better. I know it wont take you long to lower your meds. Good for you for getting back to the gym. We all know that taking a break when starting or getting back to exercise is a good thing. Don't what to burn out.
You will make the best choices in getting back on track for you health.
