Developing a Plan of Attack

I read Flylady. I took notes and made lists. I had my second visit with a new therapist yesterday. She gave me an assignment of writing down a must do list, a should do list, and a want to do list. I re-read some SP articles this morning and made some notes. They reminded me to do things for myself on my wellness journey and to assess myself every day on some key factors. I will incorporate how I am doing when I write in my journal every morning. I am anxious to get my lists finalized. I will take the time this afternoon to work on them. My goals are to have a loose schedule for myself every day, manage to get things done that I must and should do, and to have the time to do things on my want to do list. I am hoping that I will be able to get creative with my want to do list. I want to spread my wings, learn new things, and have fun.
