No change in the scale this morning, blah! There should be dang it! lol
I ate in my calories, did 30 mins on my bike, went to work for 6 hours, came home and ate a reasonable dinner, although it was canned soup (sodium???) a wheat bread sandwich with just the merest traces of peanut butter and low sugar jam and low fat cottage cheese. Then I walked 15 minutes on my treadmill.
I went to turn the fan on on my treadmill, something I have never done and accidentally knocked the speed setting up to 12. UHH that was almost a disaster. I had to jump off lol.
I don't even drive that fast!
Last year I thought I could go a little faster on it and apparently I could NOT. I ended up falling off of it because apparently I am not coordinated enough to jump off of it like they do on the biggest loser by straddling the belt. I have a big scar on my shin from the belt grinding the skin off of it. Yes YUCK!
So please be careful! I am from now on. I clip that safety string to the front of my clothes every time. Never know when Im gonna make a bone head move right?
Today is my last day of work this week. SO excited to stay home and clean carpets...NOT! lol
