As you may have read from my previous blog on the 1st of this month I set myself a challenge, to incorporate a jog in my walk on the treadmill, starting off at 30 seconds & increase throughout the month, my aim was 5 minutes by the end of the month. I reached that so increased it to 7 minutes, reached that so increased it to 10.
I thought I might have set my aim to high but I went to bed last night thinking if I can do 8 why stop at 9? If I can do 9 I can do 10.
So this morning I went for it, cutting my warm up walk to 5 minutes and did my 10 minute jog.
I have decided not to increase it any more at the moment. Iím going to listen to the advice from AJDOVER1 and work with what Iíve achieved. Iím also going to do other workouts which are good for other parts of my body.
