Day 2 of my 5 pounds in 3 weeks challenge.

As promised, to myself if no one else, I got in and did an hour of strength training via Les Mills Pump. I stayed at the same weight load on all of the exercises except the chest press. I actually went down 2.5 pounds on each side of the barbell. Doesn't seem like much, but when you're doing it for 5 minutes straight, those 2.5 pounds add up. I lowered that weight because I was still feeling the upperbody part of the Combat workout from yesterday. I'm pumped (no pun intended!) and excited about my mini challenge to myself. Bring on tomorrow!

    Way to go! I like Les Mills Pump and Combat as well. So much fun! I still haven't got the hang of finding the right placement for the barbell when I do the squats (my neck hurts when I have a lot of weight and I have one of those pad things for the bar).
