Day 2 of my 5 pounds in 3 weeks challenge.

As promised, to myself if no one else, I got in and did an hour of strength training via Les Mills Pump. I stayed at the same weight load on all of the exercises except the chest press. I actually went down 2.5 pounds on each side of the barbell. Doesn't seem like much, but when you're doing it for 5 minutes straight, those 2.5 pounds add up. I lowered that weight because I was still feeling the upperbody part of the Combat workout from yesterday. I'm pumped (no pun intended!) and excited about my mini challenge to myself. Bring on tomorrow!
