I have planned out meals for the week. I even changed tomorrow's meal because I remembered that Eric will not be home. So, I'm making the kids very healthy waffles with fruit. The next step in meal planning is to actually use some of the frozen meats I have. Therefore, this week we will be having ribs, pork roast, and chicken.
I have been very good about getting in my S90 lately. I even did two of them in one day because I ran out of time the day before.
My biggest challenges to get over are late swim lessons and my stove top. I did finally use my NuWave cooker. I made a tri tip this week and it worked great. I plan on making many meals in it this week.
