I have been traveling on business this week. I find it tough to eat right traveling
I did 30 minutes on the treadmill on both Day 23 and Day 24
I did not drink enough water on either day.
On Day 23, I cheated myself and did nit track food - I definitely over ate,
On Day 24, I ate just below range! (Starts to balance day 23?)
1 more day traveling and I will be home!
