I hadn't thought about blogging during my adventure with "The Spark Solution" until now. I doubt I'll write every day, but I have to report that so far, things are going pretty well.
I was beginning to get discouraged about weight loss. All I kept doing was gaining weight. Eating out much of the time and not making time for workouts wasn't helping. But I knew I needed a push, especially when it came to food, because I knew that once my life slowed down a little bit I could get back to the workout routine.
So I finally printed the grocery list for "The Spark Solution," which I had purchased on my Kindle soon after it came out. It was nice to be loading the refrigerator with good things I knew I would actually be using.
I may have more time than some people, as my schedule is very flexible. But I've found that the recipes are pretty easy, don't take that long to prepare, and really taste good. I've made about five of the recipes so far, and I've liked the taste of each one of them.
Tomorrow starts Day 4. While I'm taking each day one at a time, I'm feeling buoyed by the fact that I'm generally not hungry between meals, I'm not tempted to eat dessert immediately after each meal and I'm not going crazy with late night snacking. All very good signs. Hooray!
