Amazing what a week can do to improve your attitude

Well, when I started last week I was not feeling very positive. However, I did manage to make myself count my calories, and I have been walking with a new friend at work during lunch. It has been great, and my attitude about everything is so much better. My husband even started walking with me last night, and tonight we went on a 6.33 mile bike ride. I am so glad he is exercising with me. It makes it easier for me to go, and we have fun as a family. My 10 year old son is being so encouraging to me. He has been watching Extreme Weight Loss with me, and he told me yesterday that "I have to encourage you because that is what the guy always says to the peoples families". I thought it was so sweet. He is super athletic, so that helps to motivate me. What a great week this is turning out to be.
