I'm a few days behind on getting started with the 5% Weight Loss Challenge Assignments. Hopefully, I'll be caught up in a day or two Here is Assignment #1.
I will exercise daily for the 56 days of the challenge, making special effort to establish a strength training program while on the road. I will follow Zone Diet and watch the calories and portion sizes. On my Team page I will record my daily exercise and Living the Good Life Points, and on Saturdays I will weigh in and record it. I will check in with my team daily and leave a comment on the Discussion Board. I will read and comment on blogs as I have time.Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? I donít usually put them away, however, Iím hoping to take opportunity while in the US to purchase another set or two of exercise clothes.
What is your exercise plan? 45 minutes elliptical machine every other day, alternating with strength training.
Do you know what diet you will follow? Found some recipes? Have you stocked up on the foods? The Zone DietÖ.new books should be arriving tomorrow. Grocery shopping wonít happen until we get back to Honduras, but before traveling, Iíll make a good list, so I can get the shopping done while still in the city
Do you know how to connect with your team mates? I plan to check in with team mates more often during this challenge, and really take advantage of the community we starfish have.
