Legs *still* sore today, which is both good (guess that was more of a workout than I thought) and bad (geez, it shouldn't have kicked my butt quite that hard)... Tomorrow I am going back for more.
A day of good food today:
Breakfast - coffee with milk and sugar, multigrain bread with peanut butter and jam
Lunch - edamame, cucumber, carrot, roasted red pepper salad with some almonds and Caesar dressing.
Cocktail hour - pear tree martini
Dinner - whole wheat pasta, spinach, Parmesan, olive oil and garlic
Dessert - watermelon
