started a squat challenge
Day 1 30 squats CHECK!!
did them all at one time
Want to work my way up to 50 at once then plan on breaking them into smaller sessions to get to 100 and on from there
Day 2 30 squats on my way!!!
Day 3 30 squats at one time, today I added 10 more= finally a day of 40
Day 4 40 squats
Day 5 is today Sunday July 28, right now I've done none today- I will however do a new post to track this weeks squats
