Man I am so tired this week! I just feel completely wiped out. It has been an absolute struggle to get up energy to do anything. I did my cardio video work-out on Monday, and I've managed to get in some time on the bike, but nowhere near what I normally do. I'm trying to at least get some time in so that it gets easier and I can work my way back to normal. I know that it's important that I keep pushing myself to do *something* at least. I'm going to keep at it one day and one ten minute segment at a time...

    Good for you to keep moving even when you don' t want to. In the long run, this will prove to be a very good thing and you will reap the rewards! Hang on, you can do this! emoticon

    You can do it! Just keep it up, rest when you need to and work hard when it's working out time!
