So this is the first week back in fitness mode. I kept with my regime as best as possible while I was going through. I didn't really miss doing anything except the exercising. So for the past couple of days I have just felt drained. I normally get 4-5 hours of
. Due to my illness I was getting 5-6 and a couple of nights more than that. All this week I have been consistent with 5-6. That's the only thing that's different. So I can't help but wonder if its possible for more sleep to make me tired.
