1. Spending more time with my son. He's going to a summer camp where I work, so he commutes in with me and hangs out with me in the office before I need to drop him off. And he seems to be having a good time at camp.
2. Staying within my calorie limit. Eating mindfully, not emotionally, even though I could go there in a flash these days.
3. The end of this craziness at work is in sight. Even though I was in meetings for half the day and needed to do some quick, unexpected problem solving for a colleague, I was really productive today, and I think I'm in pretty good shape with regard to some looming deadlines.
