Well tried Day 2 and the knees started swelling up. Time to look for a new workout possibly P90.

    Maybe start out with something slowly. My first few weeks I did 10mns. of elliptical(walking would be good). Whatever works for you.

    You may be able to come back to it later. I did treadmill work for almost 2 months before starting Insanity. My knees are also my weakness. There are some good sites on exercises that strengthen the muscles supporting your knees - I do those and it does help. Hopefully p90x works well for you!
