This is a belated update, as I got surprisingly busy this weekend!
I don't remember what this was (probably Pure Cardio + Cardio Abs), but I did it before my parents came home from New Orleans. :)
I missed this workout (Plyometric Cardio)...the first one thus far! I went hiking with a friend, then dinner and a movie with two other friends that evening. But I ate relatively well, and the socializing was VERY much needed!
My scheduled rest day, but I used it to make up the workout from the day before. My mom had a talk with me beforehand regarding body image, confidence, exercise, and the likes (we've had this conversation in the past...). And then, she actually did the workout with me! Good job, Mom!
This was Pure Cardio + Cardio Abs, which is actually my favorite combination. To get some motivation, I turned on my computer's camera so that I could see myself working out. Visibly SEEING myself do the exercises added an important level of accountability. Plus, I was pleasantly surprised about how good my form was!
I missed this one, oh no! Yesterday marked the dreaded start of that "time of the month". I ate dinner, took a small nap, put in the video, and started the warm up...but I just felt extra tired and achy.
So today, I feel slightly better. I do feel kind of sickly, but I don't want to give up on my goal to finish a month (at least!) of INSANITY. I'm so close!
Tonight, I'll be doing a hybrid of yesterday's missed workout and today's scheduled one - that is, I'll do the warm up, workout #1, slight break, workout #2, and then I'll be all caught up. Fingers crossed! :)
