Ok, I'm putting this out here. My cousin's daughter is getting married in 3 weeks. I don't normally "event" diet or train. I'd rather just "train to be healthy" and keep that constant focus - always looking at the big picture instead of the short-sighted view. But, the truth is, with my neck injury earlier this spring and everything that has gone on in my family's life in the last 5 months (anyone who knows me personally, knows what all that has been), I lost focus, wasn't able to physically do the workouts for a while, and now I'm feeling out of shape. And I have a dress for the wedding that would REALLY look better 5 pounds from now. So, here it goes. I weighed in yesterday morning so I know where I stand. I'm going to eat pretty clean and get my exercising in. I KNOW this plan will work if I work the plan! I'll be updating you to stay accountable - wish me luck!
