My DVDs came in the mail today and I was super excited about it! Unfortunately I am unsure of when I can start them...

But I am looking forward to weighing and measuring and possibly picture documenting so I can do a before and after comparison. I have been having trouble staying motivated to work out so maybe this will be the change I need.

    Yay! Whenever you do them you are definitely going to get your money's worth! JM is serious business...I guess that's why she looks like she does! :)
Maybe schedule a workout in like you would any other appointment....that helps until you get into the routine. Sometimes if I know I'm going to have to do something after work that would interrupt my normal workout time, I will run home and do the 30DS, hop in the shower to rinse off and then get back to work. Luckily I live close to work, otherwise, ,that wouldn't happen. But maybe try something like that and see how it works for you! Good luck!!! I can't wait to see your transformation!

    JM DVDs are no joke! When I had first gotten 30 day shred, I stayed on level one for like a month & a half before I 1) could actually get through the whole level and 2) felt like I was ready to move on!

It is def gonna be difficult but don't get discouraged! Just try and do more and more every time you push play! The best part about JM DVDs is that they are about 20 - 60mins!

If you ever feel like you need some good stretching, you can Youtube Mari Winsor 20 minute pilates - great for flexibility, all floor work and you will use muscles you didn't know were still there!
