So I went to the gym and took a fast paced cardio class. I was going every week last year and it was nice to go back but.....OMG
I didn't realize how out of shape I've become, I really tried to keep walking during my pregnancy but even though the extra weight I gained really pulls me down. I could barely keep up and had to modify a lot of the moves.
Even though I feel it was worth it, my body feels refreshed and my mood is waaay better. I'm gonna try my best to keep it up. I ate a healthy breakfast this morning too egg whites with granola kudos!
I hope the scale moves at least a tiny bit this week??? Please? :D
