Stomach cramps and diarrhea...gross i know but help?

Hi, two days ago I started working out . I did two hours at the gym 2 days in a row and that second day (yesterday) is when I started to have abdominal cramps. I decided to skip today because I feel the same way. Has anyone experienced this or do you know if starting a workout regimen can have this effect of diarrhea on your body?

I am feeling discouraged and not sure what to do ...

    For some reason your body has decided to get rid of some toxins. I know it's not fun or pleasant but let it run it's course. Drink water to stay hydrated and to help flush the toxins out. I hope you feel better soon.

    I'm wondering if you introduced an extreme amount of fiber or protien into your diet??? Sometimes that can effect you like that, I hope your feeling better soon emoticon
