Weird day at the gym...

Wednesday, July 24, 2013

The gym was full of weirdos today.

An old man on a bike was pedaling slowly while singing really loud, surrounded by like 10 other bikes and ellipticals with people on them, and the tv on. Then in the womens locker room, there was an old lady sitting butt naked on the bench eating a bag of chips for like 15 minutes. She might still be there.

I wonder if the old man was married to the old lady? They had a fight and she ate all the chips she was going to share with him later. He thought he had "won" the fight and was so happy he was singing, thinking about the chips he was going to be eating later....

OK, I guess I have to wake up! emoticon

There will be days like that! As for me, if I am going to eat in the nude, I would rather be at home! Hang in there.

I would rather have an older person singing loudly at the gym versus home alone getting no exercise. I would not want to see anyone sitting in the locker room naked, eating a bag of chips ... old or young. A few months back there was a woman in the locker room (guessing in her late 20s) lifting up her sports bra to show off her boob job results to her friends. I found that equally offensive. I bet someone could write a book about all the unusual and funny things people observe at the gym.
